When the person interested into buy it ask the breeder a photo, the breeder has send this photo:

Well, this puppy was born at my kennel on 22/11/03, and actually he is Spanish Champion (p.h.).
But that is not all. When the "buyer" ask the breeder about pictures of the parents, the breeder send this photos:

The "breeder" told the "buyer", the grey one is the father and the fawn one is the mother.
Well, the grey one is the my Spanish and Portugal Champion Malizia (female, not male) and the fawn one is my Rohan (male, not female).
The "buyer" has reconized the dogs (because all 3 photos are in my site) and told it to the breeder.
The breeder is still saying this dogs are in his house, and that the "buyer" could go to see them without problems.
I make a complaint to the Spanish Kennel Club, but, ¿Is it possible to do something at level FCI?

I don't think they can do anything about it. But you can always try by calling them 0032.71.59.12.38. There is 1 person at least at the FCI that speaks correct English (there are not many people working at the FCI). If it is a Spanish breeder, I would start by calling the Spanish Kennelclub.
I have found many advertisements from CC pups on the internet with the picture of Stella and Bayos that Sandra made with my camera.
First thing I do when I see this is contact the person who is selling the pups and tell them to remove the picture from the advertisement. If they don't do this, I contact the webmaster from the website and have the entire advertisement removed for giving false information. Sometimes webmasters remove only the picture from the website. But most of the times they remove the entire advertisement like I asked. So if this person is advertising with your pictures, contact the webmaster. If he is advertising without pictures, but sending them to interested people by e-mail, I would still contact the webmaster from the site he is advertising on and notify him of this person giving false information by e-mail. I found that webmasters are usually very coorperative if you proof the pictures are yours.
