Hi, I am new to this forum and wanted to introduce myself.
My wife and I recently adopted a male 3-4 year old Cane Corso from the SPCA so we are looking to learn more about the breed (other than the already extensive research we did prior to adopting him).
He is a sweetheart and gets along with our other two dogs (a female english bulldog and a male pit mix) except for a couple bad habits that we are trying to figure out and to correct. This Saturday we will start working with a behavior specialist.
Has anyone had issues with Jaw snapping and grabbing and pulling of loose clothing or other dog's leashes? He seems to completely zone out when this happens and will not release even for a treat. He also has severe separation anxiety and following me around even if I get up to go to the bathroom.
