Why of course she is from Fosso Corno    Her father is Ettore and her mother Tolda del Murgese.

She was mated with Colpogrosso, who is such a cutie.

Jose was right, they didn't come last night - and my back aches!!

But hopefully they come the weekend!

I remember my first litter ever with my Dogos. My female was so huge, that I expected the pups to be born early. So I stayed with her for 24 hours a day, for several days. I was exhausted and no pups were born. So I decided to take a nap. Minutes later my Delilah (Corso female, who was a pup at that time) came into the livingroom looking prouder as ever before. Behind her my Dogo female, acting nervous. Delilah pointed the way. The first pup was in the whelpingbox. After days of staying with her, she started when I was in another room............. And the whole thing lasted another 18 hours. I was exhausted and could not keep my eyes open anymore. While she had slept most of those days that I was keeping a close eye on her. I have learned my lesson. Pregnant females can sleep on my bed. I will wake up with wet feet if they deliver unexpected. And that never happened so far. I always know when the real thing is starting.

I feel like that to, we have a bed in the basement where we take turns, but by today my back aches as I have slept on it since Sunday!

I just wish I knew when, I have been silly and have not done the temperature thing, so now I am frustrated with myself!

So, any obvious signs to look for, apart from puppies? :-)

That's why I sleep in my own bed, with the pregnant female near my feet. No back aches

Well, Friday night we thought they were coming as she was pacing and pacing and kept going outside but we found out it was really bad wind.

Apart from going off her food then eating again, nothing.  One day she messed up the newspapers then nothing.  Her phoo :-) is OK, but will go with her next time she go outside and look.  Her breath is not smelly at all.  She not even in the nest today, she up in the kitchen with me, she just stole a loaf of bread off the side in the kitchen and she drink lots!  Sometimes she pants, then nothing.

I sometimes go to London and maybe  next june or july i'll be there.I often stay very close to Regent Park, London.How far are you from there? Any chance to meet you and the babies?

You must please excuse me as I have read this post again and realised why I look so stupid.

I had it in my mind you wanted mating pictures and when I read it again I realise you just wanted to see pictures of the sire and dam and I feel awful.

See on another site I posed the mating pictures and they were removed so I was trying to be careful....also I had not slept for 3 days so please - I am very sorry.

So, back to it, I would LOVE to show you the pictures of the sire and dam and one of the puppies....

I really do feel like a idiot!
