As some people mentioned on this forum before, there are currently some connectivity problems from a few internet providers around the world. I will try to explain what's happening:
The forum is currently active on IP adress 83.137.139.236 which is hosted by TNF, a (dutch) ISP, who is responsable for the internet connection the server is on.
The problem exist in a router managed by the ISP. When you do a traceroute to our IP address from a ISP who can't connect, the traceroute will show you this:
7 rc1nr-tge0-9-1-0.wp.shawcable.net (66.163.77.30) 44.119 ms 47.877 ms 43.706 ms

When you do a traceroute from a working connection, you get this:
10 14 ms 15 ms 14 ms tnf-c3550-asd-007-vl2241.www.telecityi.thenetworkfactory.nl [80.112.192.235]

13 26 ms 21 ms 21 ms 236-139-137-83.thenetworkfactory.nl [83.137.139.236]
As you can see, there is a router which causes this problem. This router doens't know the correct IP routes to the subnets from a few ISP's. I've mentioned this problem a couple of times to the ISP and they are currently working on is.
