Fleur did not do it. She did 16 twice and 17 this time ::) I hope she will stop now!!!!

17 oh wow, I would be totally hysterical with 17, not to mention insane with the counting them everyday, 7 was bad enough.  Wow 17 - Go Fleur, Go Fleur!!!!!!

Since there was blood she probably killed him, I once had a dog that would select puppies and take them away from the litter and kill them, I figured then there must have been something wrong with them because she was such a good mother other wise.   I think dogs can sense more then we can see.

My Dogo female also eliminated pups from her litter. But she did this in the first days after birth. And if I would not have tried to save them all the time, she would have finished this the first day. Vespa's pups are already 3 weeks old. I think a bit old for a female to eliminate a pup that had something wrong.

Oh well 3 weeks that is a bit old for her to do that.  Strange, you just can't be there with them 24/7 and it just drives ya crazy!!!
